30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Email info@anchoragedermatologyshop.com before sending an item back. We will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly and include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
